“My mission as a teacher is to serve others, guided by faith and commitment to helping people move and feel better in their bodies. I aim to support students at every stage of their practice, whether they’re new to yoga, returning after an injury, experienced practitioners, or teachers looking to refine their practice and teaching.
Teaching for me is an act of service. From guiding students through stretches that bring relief after a tough workout or long day, to therapeutic exercises that support recovery from injury, stress, pain or to simply help feel more at ease in your body. My goal is to make yoga more accessible, supportive, and useful in daily life.
My classes are dynamic and engaging, blending thoughtful practices that both challenge and inspire students, to help them build strength, flexibility, and resilience, while also encouraging practices of self-care, commitment, and letting go. These qualities, developed in the yoga room are tools we can all carry into our lives, helping us care for ourselves with compassion and extend that care toward others.”
