Culture & Experience
Treat yourself to a 7 night stay at Locanda del Gallo, a hillside villa in Umbria, Italy. Built at the beginning of the 12th century on the border between Gubbio and Perugia, the villa was beautifully restored almost 30 years ago into the luxury boutique hotel that it is today. Immerse in nature on this retreat. Enjoy the green hills, gardens, and extreme relaxation in the wellness center with a salt water swimming pool, jacuzzi spa, massage facilities, and healthy and organic cuisine. Explore the town, local wine, and stunning architecture. Included in our stay is a visit to the Gubbio Market, Guided tour to Assisi, castle visit, and regional wine tasting with antipasto lunch.
Yoga
Tucked into the gardens that overlook the peaceful hills that surround the property you’ll find the villa’s beautiful yoga room. This is where we will meet for our daily yoga classes. The morning practice will consist of an hour long practice that is energizing and invigorating, to help gain strength and flexibility to prepare for the day. In the evening we will meet again for an hour and a half long restorative class that will focus on therapeutic practices to help relieve backache, tension in the neck and shoulders, joint pain, stress relief and more.

Travel Information
Arrival
Saturday, August 31st, 2024
Group transportation to our villa will be provided from FCO (Rome Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport) at 12pm. Our meeting point is in Terminal 3, n.1 near baggage claim. There will be a “meeting point” sign on the pillar, and our driver will be holding a sign for Locanda del Gallo.
Departure
Saturday, September 7th, 2024
Check out at the villa is 10am after breakfast. Group transportation back to the Rome Airport will be provided then. We can expect to be back in Rome around 1:30pm- 2pm.
