Healthy Body Series


The Healthy Body series applies yoga therapeutics to help relieve and prevent the tension and stress that often leads to aches and sometimes pain in those common problem areas of the body, i.e., low back, hips and hamstrings, neck and shoulders. Each class will cover postural and structural adjustments to help remove difficult blocks, so that we can find freedom and space.

Online & in-person at IYDC.

Friday, May 17, 5:30pm - 7:30pm: Low Back
Saturday, May 18, 11am - 1pm: Hips & Hamstrings
Sunday, May 19, 11am - 1pm: Neck & Shoulders


Sliding scale "Community Gift" fee: $15-$60 per class.
